Balloon artist and founder of SoCal Balloons. Since 2012, I’ve been twisting balloons into unforgettable moments all over Southern California.
I’ve been twisting balloons for over a decade now. I’ve obsessed over it, practiced it, pushed the limits of what’s possible with latex and air — and I’ve gotten good. Really good.
But at some point, being “good” wasn’t enough. I started looking around and noticing something:
There are a lot of twisters out there who’ve been doing balloons for years… and they’re still stuck in beginner mode.
That’s not a knock. It just made me realize something:
If no one’s teaching, how does this art form grow?
Why I Teach
I don’t believe that teaching devalues my work.
I believe it protects it.
There are so few balloon twisters out there to begin with. If those of us who’ve figured things out don’t share what we’ve learned (and discovered), the craft risks fading out.
So I’ve made it a mission to start sharing my secrets. Not just for fun — but to raise the bar, elevate the craft, and show people what’s really possible with balloons.
Why I’m Sharing It Online
Every time I’m twisting at an event, at least one person says,
“I’ve always wanted to learn this.”
But then… nothing. No follow-up, no next step. Not because they’re not interested — but because there isn’t an easy, clear path to start.
That’s where tutorials come in.
Posting content online lets me reach more people, create a clear teaching process, and show people that yes — this islearnable. And more importantly, this is a real business.
There’s a huge misconception that balloon art can’t be a career.
I’m here to prove that wrong.
What Students Can Expect
If you’re looking to learn, I’m building the resources I wish I had when I started:
Whether you’re here to make a few dogs at a party or build a six-figure creative business, I want to help you get there.
Because balloon art isn’t a gimmick — it’s an art form.
And art deserves to be shared.
